Our aim at FACE Fine Arts is to provide high quality artwork at affordable prices to allow the magic of art to be accessible to all.
All of our products are created with quality and longevity of the artwork in mind, for example, our reproductions (both limited and open editions) are printed using the Canon Lucia pigment ink set capable of creating artwork with a life span of at least 85 years, which along with the use of ‘coated’ heavy weight papers in our printing process ensures the production of a quality product. Likewise, our framing is performed to archival standards, using acid free tapes and boards that allow for longevity of the piece – please see our ‘Products and Services’ page for details of each individual product.
When purchasing products from FACE Fine Arts, we hope that you are highly delighted with them. If, however, for any reason you are not, we want you to be assured that you are able to return the goods to us (in their original condition) as part of our commitment to quality and customer service. Your Statutory Rights
Purchases
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
At FACE Fine Arts we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item under our 14 day returns guarantee policy.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item/s to us unless we have delivered the item/s to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
Larger Items
If, for any reason, you wish to return larger items, such as original artwork/canvasses, please contact us and we can arrange for return via courier collection.
We will give you a full refund of the amount paid, or an exchange credit as required, upon receipt of the returned goods.
